What's in your kitchen.
What's about to go bad.
On your phone.

Pantry Clock is a private pantry, fridge, freezer, and counter tracker. Log an item manually, adjust the suggested date, and see the three things to use first inside the app. Record what was used or wasted, then export a CSV when you choose. No inventory server.

● NO INVENTORY CLOUD   ● NO ACCOUNT   ● NO ANALYTICS

// THE PROBLEM

Groceries cost more than ever. Forgotten food adds up fast.

Not because anyone planned to. Because nothing in the kitchen tells you the half-and-half is the thing to use tonight.

// PAPER LISTS

Fall behind by Wednesday. Never survive a family of four.

// SHARED NOTES

No date defaults or use-first view. You forget the document exists.

// MEAL-PLAN APPS

Cloud accounts. Grocery integrations. Too much UI to log a carton of milk.

// THE BACK OF THE FRIDGE

Where good food goes to die. The only honest competitor.

// HOW IT WORKS

Three pillars. One encrypted vault. All on your phone.

Pantry Clock does three things very well. Nothing else.

Fast manual logging. All on-device.

Record only what helps you use food in time.

  • Name and quantity with optional barcode text for your own reference.
  • Pick a location — pantry, fridge, freezer, or counter — so the list matches the kitchen.
  • Tap to enter manually. Smart category defaults pre-fill the use-by date (produce 5 days, dairy 7, deli 3, freezer 90, pantry 365). Edit as needed.
// PHONE MOCKUP · LOG → CONFIRM

One list. One question. What needs to be used first?

The in-app overview shows the three nearest use-by dates. Open it, choose an item, and make a plan before it disappears behind the leftovers.

  • Top three items ordered by use-by date.
  • Search the full inventory or filter by storage location.
  • Edit quantity, location, category, and date at any time.

Learn what was used and what was wasted.

Mark an item used or wasted instead of silently deleting it. Pantry Clock keeps that outcome in the encrypted local history and calculates a simple use rate.

  • Used and wasted history stays searchable on the device.
  • Use rate gives a small feedback loop without analytics or an account.
  • CSV export creates a readable copy only when you invoke the system share sheet.

// PRIVACY PROMISE

Your kitchen data should exist only inside your own device.

Same engineering thesis as the rest of the MAJESTIC suite — Paws, What We Own, Tally, Brassmark, Lockbox.

// NO APP CLOUD
Inventory lives in an AES-256-GCM encrypted local vault. No MAJESTIC server has a copy.
// NO ACCOUNT
No email, no login, no profile. Open the app and start logging.
// NO ADS OR ANALYTICS
No ad network or usage-analytics service. Purchases use RevenueCat and the app store.
// EXPLICIT EXPORT
A CSV leaves the vault only when you choose to export it through the system share sheet.
// WHO'S BUILDING THIS

Built by a military software dev who got tired of throwing out groceries.

Active-duty software developer. Same hands built Paws (cloudless pet records), What We Own (home inventory), Tally (on-device budget), Brassmark (private firearm registry), and Lockbox (family emergency vault) — all on the same on-device thesis. Pantry Clock is the kitchen.

Why this audience? Because the families that PCS every two or three years already buy the privacy thesis — they hate handing yet another data stream to yet another startup. The kitchen is the household surface they touch every day.

// FAQ

The questions you should be asking.

No. Inventory and history are stored in an AES-256-GCM encrypted local vault. Pantry Clock has no account or inventory server. RevenueCat and the app store process purchase status, but receive no inventory contents.
Not in the current MVP. Each installation has its own local vault. Partner sync remains roadmap work and will not be advertised as available until it passes release testing.
Pantry Clock has no server copy and cannot recover your vault. Your operating system may include app data in a device backup depending on your settings, but that path is not guaranteed. Export a current CSV if you need a separate reference copy.
Not in the current MVP. You can enter barcode text as a private reference, but there is no camera scanner, Open Food Facts lookup, or produce-recognition model yet.
The product's focus is "what to use," not "what to buy." Pantry Clock exports inventory to CSV; pair it with your preferred list app if you want a shopping workflow.
No. Category dates are editable organization defaults, not food-safety advice. Follow packaging, storage instructions, recalls, and official health guidance; inspect food yourself and discard it when in doubt.
The Flutter release candidate builds for both iOS 16+ and Android 9+. Store availability still depends on platform review and final device testing.
