Kinwall is currently a repository-level concept, not an implemented application. Earlier feature, pricing, encryption, supported-service, and legal-compliance claims have been withdrawn until they can be proven and independently reviewed.

Confirm what Android and iOS permit, then build and test a small proof of concept on real devices.

Design conspicuous, persistent monitoring disclosure and an informed-consent flow before defining product behavior.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Threat-model every data path, document retention and deletion, and validate the design before making security claims.

LEGAL REVIEW

Obtain qualified review for the intended markets. Monitoring laws vary by jurisdiction and cannot be summarized as a blanket promise.
