Creelmark proposes a cloudless fishing journal for catches, GPS pins, and photos, with a target on-device species-identification model and tournament-oriented PDF. Accuracy, privacy behavior, and export eligibility still require implementation and validation.
Concept research list. Any testing program, platform support, or launch timing will be announced only after implementation and review.

01 · THE PROBLEM
The fishing app market monetizes your honey hole.
Cloud-stored fishing logs routinely aggregate your spots into community heatmaps and “trending nearby” features. The pin you earned over five seasons becomes the next user's starting point. That's the whole reason Creelmark exists.
01
The community heatmap
Cloud fishing apps aggregate your spots into "popular nearby" maps. The pin you earned over five seasons becomes the next user's starting point.
02
The free tier that isn't
"Fishbrain is free" — your catches, photos, lures, and GPS pins are the product. Read the privacy policy. Ad networks know which lakes you fish and what works there.
03
The paper log
Wet at the launch, lost in a tackle bag, useless when the tournament director asks for last season's totals. The cert and tournament world wants it digital.
04
The tournament weigh slip
A folded-twice sheet with a signature and a thumb-printed photo. The fish was a 6-pounder. The shape of the record is 2003.
02 · PROPOSED CAPABILITIES
One app. Four jobs. Zero data leaving your phone without your tap.
Creelmark is structured around the four things anglers actually do with a logbook: log the catch, protect the spot, identify the fish without trusting a vendor cloud, and hand a signed weigh slip to a tournament director.
01 · CATCH LOG
Every catch. Every cert-ready field.
Quick path for the boat ride home, full path for the catch you want to remember. Lure, line, conditions, water temp, moon, witness. Search every word you have ever written.
Species (auto or manual)
Length + weight + release
Lure, line, leader, depth
Conditions + moon + photo
02 · SPOT VAULT
Your spot stays yours. Period.
Encrypted GPS pins. No community map. No "trending nearby." Default-redact to 0.1° on every export — your honey hole stays where you found it.
Encrypted GPS coordinates
Per-spot stats + best fish
Default-redact on every export
No cloud surfacing, ever
03 · SPECIES ID
CoreML on the Neural Engine.
A bundled model for the top 25 NA freshwater species runs entirely on-device. Snap the fish, get a confidence score, one-tap correction. The photo never leaves the phone.

04 · PDF EXPORT
A proposed tournament-oriented, spot-redacted export.
Weigh slip layout with witness block, season summary, per-catch detail. AirDrop to the TD, email to your sponsor, print at the marina. Default-redact GPS so the PDF doesn't leak your spot.

03 · PROPOSED SCREENS
Four views of the same catch.
Tap a pillar to explore a non-functional mockup. Fields, storage, confidence scores, and export behavior are proposed and may change after testing.
Every catch. Every field a tournament card asks for.
Quick-log path is three taps from the boat — species, length, release. Full-detail path opens for the catch you want to remember: lure, line, conditions, water temp, moon phase, witness. The summary card always shows season totals and your personal best by species.
Search every word you have ever written — “what jig did I use the last time the water was 68° at Rock Point?” and actually get the answer.

The spot you earned is the spot you keep.
Anglers guard productive water for the same reason chefs guard a stock recipe — it took time, gear, and missed casts to find. Creelmark stores your spot pins in encrypted local storage and never transmits them. There is no community map, no “trending nearby,” no algorithm that surfaces your honey hole to the next user.
When you AirDrop or print a logbook PDF, you choose whether to include GPS, redact to 0.1° (~6 miles), or omit it entirely. The default is redact. The exporter never forgets.

ENCRYPTED LOCALEXPORT-GATED
Species ID that runs entirely on the phone.
Snap the fish on the deck, Creelmark identifies the species before you finish the release. The model — a bundled CoreML net trained on the top 25 NA freshwater species — runs on the phone's Neural Engine. The photo never leaves the device.
Every guess surfaces a confidence score and a one-tap correction. A wrong guess is a tap to fix, never a silent error. V1.1 adds saltwater + fly verticals as separate optional model packs.
The export your tournament wants — weigh slip, witness signature block, photo, the fields the rules ask for. One tap turns a season into a printable summary. AirDrop to the tournament director, email to your sponsor, print at the marina.
Creelmark's PDF generator runs entirely on-device. No upload step, no “verify with our cloud” nonsense. The catch you logged is the catch the PDF shows.

04 · TARGET PRIVACY ARCHITECTURE
Spots + photos are sensitive. The concept is designed around that.
Local encryption and default export redaction are design requirements, not current technical guarantees. They require implementation, threat modeling, and verification.
01
TARGET: SPOTS STAY LOCAL
The proposal stores GPS coordinates in encrypted local storage and excludes community maps. This is not implemented or security-tested.
02
TARGET: ON-DEVICE PHOTOS
The proposed species model runs on-device and discards unselected frames. Accuracy, model size, device support, and network behavior require testing.
03
TARGET: EXPLICIT EXPORT
The planned PDF exporter redacts GPS by default and includes precise coordinates only on explicit request. The controls still require implementation and testing.
05 · PROPOSED PRICING
A $2.99 monthly or $24 annual model is being considered.
These are planning targets, not offers. Features, store pricing, trial eligibility, cancellation, refunds, and availability are not final.

06 · WHO BUILDS THIS
Built by a military family. The outdoor cloudless trilogy — Brassmark, Divefolio, Creelmark.
MAJESTIC MADE is an Alabama-based studio building a suite of cloudless apps for data consumer products routinely upload. Creelmark joins Brassmark (firearm registry) and Divefolio (scuba logbook) as the outdoor trilogy — same engine, same thesis, applied to records anglers, divers, and shooters already pay for privacy elsewhere.
TARGET CLOUDLESS ARCHITECTURE
Minimize the breach surface.
The proposal avoids a MAJESTIC-hosted fishing-record backend. That architecture must be implemented and verified before it becomes a product claim.
DESIGNED BY AN ANGLER
Each proposed default has a reason.
Redaction, spot-vault encryption, and witness fields are ideas shaped by real fishing workflows.
STORE TERMS
No purchase promise yet.
No refund, trial, price, or cancellation promise exists today. Any future terms will be presented by the app store at checkout.
07 · CONCEPT QUESTIONS
What anglers ask before they sign up.
Answers describe intended behavior and remain subject to implementation, model evaluation, tournament rules, platform testing, and any future app-store review.
Would my spots stay on my phone?
The target design uses encrypted local storage with no account, record server, cloud sync, or analytics. Explicit export would be the intended exception. Those data flows still require implementation and security review.
Would species identification upload my fish photos?
The proposal uses a bundled on-device model and discards unselected camera frames. That behavior, performance, and device support have not been implemented or tested.
How accurate would the species classifier be?
No accuracy result exists today. The concept targets common freshwater species, shows confidence, and requires user confirmation; the supported species and acceptable error rate depend on model evaluation.
Would the PDF be tournament-eligible?
The proposed export includes a weigh-slip layout and witness block, but no tournament organizer has approved it. Eligibility depends on each event's rules and is not guaranteed.
How might Creelmark be priced?
$2.99 monthly and $24 annual are planning targets, not offers. Trial eligibility, cancellation, refunds, features, and availability would be finalized and shown by the app store if Creelmark ships.
What if I lose my phone?
Backup and recovery behavior is unresolved. Platform backup and an encrypted user-managed export may be explored, but recovery will not be promised until fully tested.
Would Creelmark add a social feed, leaderboard, or "fishing spots near you"?
The concept deliberately excludes a social feed, public leaderboard, ratings, and location discovery. That remains a product requirement for any future implementation.
Who builds Creelmark?
MAJESTIC MADE LLC — an Alabama-based military-family software company. The founder is an active-duty military software developer separating in February 2027 to build MAJESTIC MADE full-time. Other MAJESTIC products: Lockbox, Tally, What We Own, Paws, Brassmark, Tender Days, Pantry Clock, Fine Notes, Divefolio — all on the same cloudless thesis.
